PagerDuty is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join our talented, customer-focused team. As Professional Services Consultant, you will report to the Expert Services leadership team and partner closely with key customers, sales, and product teams to deliver large-scale onboarding, custom integrations, and comprehensive platform implementations that enable customers to achieve their business goals through PagerDuty's platform. This is an exciting opportunity to help establish methodologies and repeatable processes for successful implementations while working in a rapidly growing startup environment that is introducing new approaches to services delivery. The ideal candidate is a technologist first with deep knowledge of IT monitoring tools, DevOps, or SRE practices and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation processes from design to delivery, including custom integrations, service modeling, and provisioning of users, teams, services, schedules, and escalation policies Partner with customers to design and build integrations that provide seamless platform implementations and excellent customer experiences Develop and establish methodologies and repeatable processes to ensure successful implementations every time Manage multiple simultaneous customer engagements while identifying potential roadblocks and providing thoughtful solutions Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders ranging from DevOps engineers to C-level executives across business and technical backgrounds Basic Qualifications Proven experience in professional services, technical consulting, or a related customer-facing role Strong understanding of IT monitoring, DevOps, or SRE practices Ability to lead complex deployments with multiple stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with PagerDuty platform and integrations is a plus Hybrid/workplace flexibility and in-person collaboration preference PagerDuty is a flexible, hybrid workplace.
