About The Role: Notion is hiring a Professional Services Consultant for APACx (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and India). The Professional Services team helps customers unlock the full value of Notion. We partner with organizations to redesign how work gets done streamlining processes, scaling adoption, and embedding Notion AI and Agents as force multipliers. Working closely with customers, cross‑functional teams, and strategic partners, we turn business challenges into tailored Notion solutions that drive productivity, accelerate outcomes, and create lasting impact. This role will be a founding member of the APAC global professional services team and will be responsible for both pre‑sales (e.g. scoping & selling PS engagements), post‑sales (e.g. engagement delivery) and onboarding/working with our delivery partners in region. As Notion continues to grow, we need to provide customers with the right resources to ensure they are successful in adopting our technology across all stages of their journey — onboarding, implementation, expansion, and optimization. The professional services team will play a key role in making this happen. As the Professional Services Consultant, you will be part of the GTM organization and report to the Professional Services Lead for AMER and APACx. You will work closely with other leaders on Notion’s GTM team in APACx, as well as cross‑functional organizations on building our professional services team and strategy. This is across all phases of the customer life cycle for professional services, from scoping & delivering engagements through operational processes (e.g.: KPIs, reporting). Our ideal candidate is a builder. Ideally they have worked in net‑new functions and built client‑services capabilities with minimal support, are experienced with partner ecosystems, and comfortable scoping & delivering engagements while we build the services capability. A bonus is if the candidate has experience using Notion. What You’ll Achieve: Tailoring our professional services offerings and motion, including packaging & pricing, to the APACx market Managing the scaling of processes for services engagements Positioning, scoping, negotiating, and selling professional services engagements Supporting the delivery strategy that includes both partners and internal resources Identifying new delivery partners in region and supporting onboarding of those partners Tracking and analyzing KPIs to measure the health of professional services Working cross‑functionally with stakeholders inside and outside of GTM Travel when needed to customer and/or partner office locations Skills You’ll Need to Bring: You are a builder who likes to create new processes You have experience in client services and scaling programs from their infancy You operate with pace and tempo , focusing on shipping & iterating as you learn You are a cross‑functional partner who works well with folks inside and outside GTM You have the technical skills to scope, project manage, and deliver customer engagements You have 8+ years experience working in consulting services, ideally with a mix of pre‑ and post‑sale experience Nice to Haves: You have experience using Notion You understand and can explain how APIs will be used to support customer workflows- You have experience working with third‑party integrations for IAM/SSO, DLP or SIEM You have coding experience that would enable you to write basic scripts using the Notion API You are knowledgeable with the needs of EPD/Marketing Teams or previously worked at a SaaS/Tech company We hire talented and passionate people from a variety of backgrounds because we want our global employee base to represent the wide diversity of our customers.
