Bakery Production Team Member - Earlyrise Baking Co Do you love the smell of fresh baked goods in the morning and want to work in a hands‑on role? Whether you're a qualified baker or simply have hands‑on experience in food production, if you've got the passion, we've got the oven Shift Details Work between Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 2:30pm. About the Role In your role as aBakery Production Team Member, your key responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to: Measure, mix and bake our range of pies and sausage rolls. Operate and control manual, semi-automatic and automatic machines from mixers, dispensers and ovens. Keep production lines moving like a well‑oiled (and floured) machine. Assist in cleaning food work areas, machinery, pumps, hoses, equipment and where required work within the wash bay. About You A minimum of 1 year of experience in a factory or manufacturing role, preferably in Baking or food production; While not mandatory, an AQF qualification in Baking or a related food production qualification would be highly regarded; An understanding of Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) standards; Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain high standards of quality in work.
