Utilising the efficient Momentum scaled agile model, you'll lead the future state design, configuration, testing, and readiness of a Performance & Development journey within the new Human Capital Management (HCM) system.You'll leverage your domain expertise and collaborative spirit to complement diverse stakeholder inputs, ensuring the system aligns with Suncorp's strategic vision. Your passion for innovation and global thinking will be instrumental in crafting a user-centric digital experience that empowers both employees and leaders across the organization.What you’ll doActively drive the adoption of the People Home Program and the Momentum agile model to ensure successful delivery of the new Performance & Development journey within the HCM systemIntegrate the People Home core principles explicitly throughout design, configuration, and deployment phases of the journeyDefine clear requirements for the HCM system that comprehensively address current obligations across Australia and Aotearoa, while also considering future needs of the Suncorp groupEngage with stakeholders and end-users within PC&A and across Suncorp to gather and integrate diverse perspectives into the future state design of the Performance & Development journey.Develop a future state design for the Performance & Development journey that reflects best-in-class HR practices, incorporates external market research, and aligns with Suncorp's strategic objectivesBuild change readiness within PC&A stakeholders to facilitate smooth digital adoption of the new Performance & Development experienceBuild the future state processes which will enable the Performance & Development journeyWhat you’ll bringA strong background in Performance & Development, with proven experience operationalizing these services for delivery through digital platformsThe ability to confidently work with diverse stakeholders across all levels, integrate their perspectives, and achieve agreed upon outcomes for unified future state design for Performance & DevelopmentA strong understanding of best practices combined with the ability to translate them into a single, optimised future state for both Australia and AotearoaThe ability to effectively translate the future state design of Performance & Development into user-friendly digital solutions that enhance the user experienceA flexible approach and willingness to challenge existing mindsets and continuous learning and adaptation throughout the project lifecycleWhat we can offerDiscounts and offers on a range of retail favourite stores as well as banking and insurance productsGive back to our communities with payroll giving, donation matching and paid volunteer leaveInvest in your brighter future with ongoing study support and career development programs; andPrioritise your work/life balance with our robust employee assistance program and dedicated employee councilAt Suncorp we believe we are our best when our workforce is as diverse, talented and passionate as the communities in which we live and operate, and where our people feel included, valued and connected.
