Product Management & Development (Information & Communication Technology)TechnologyOne is a dynamic and innovative company committed to delivering exceptional products and services to our customers. As the subject matter expert for designated products, you'll handle various operational responsibilities, including drafting business cases, collaborating with development teams, and engaging with stakeholders. Leadership responsibilities involve nurturing a collaborative team environment and fostering a culture of innovation and achievement. Continuous improvement efforts focus on challenging existing practices, identifying efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.Serve as the SME for assigned products, contributing to the product backlog and roadmap.Draft business cases and feasibilities, collaborating with development teams to deliver product content for adoption.Engage product prove partners for validation and foster collaboration across teams.Build a positive product community, facilitating forums/events for feedback.Deliver operational commitments, including maintaining product registers and contributing to development artifacts.Lead and develop an engaged team, guiding resource allocation and fostering a 'Can Do Culture.'Empower team members' development through achievement plans and skills assessments.Implement succession plans and execute improvement initiatives, including driving business practice enhancements and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while upholding work health and safety requirements.Participate in Product Owner Forums to continuously improve processes.Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resource and Payroll systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and a thorough understanding of compliance and legislation in these domains.Leadership Capability, builds collective sense of direction fostering a collaborative culture inspiring delivery of high-quality standards of workExceptional communication capability, develops concepts logically and concisely, promoting trust & commitment through consistent open communicationCommercial acumen, sets goals & plans for areas of responsibility aligned with strategic directionPrevious experience with TechnologyOne products is highly regardedCompetitive remuneration packageIndustry leading employee share planFree gym membership in our onsite Health LabAdditional 2.5 days of leave per year dedicated to volunteering at a charity of your choiceFree breakfast and coffee on-siteTechnologyOne is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer who values diversity and an inclusive workplace.
