We are investing in a major digital transformation and implementing Epicor Kinetic, a modern cloud ERP designed for manufacturers. To support this implementation, we are seeking a knowledgeable and hands‑on Business Analyst who will act as the internal lead for process mapping, data analysis, and system rollout activities. In this role, you will guide the business through the transition to the new ERP, working closely with finance, operations, supply chain, and external Epicor partners to ensure a successful and well‑coordinated implementation. This is a practical, high‑impact position suited to someone who enjoys improving processes, working with data, and helping teams adopt new systems. Key Responsibilities Map and document processes to guide system design, configuration, and workflow improvements. Support configuration discussions and system design for Epicor Kinetic. Support data extraction, cleansing, validation, and migration activities. Coordinate testing cycles, track issues, and assist with resolution. Develop training material, SOPs, and user guides. Facilitate workshops and support stakeholder engagement. Provide hands‑on support during go‑live and stabilisation. Identify opportunities for ongoing improvement post‑implementation. About You Tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business, IT, or similar. Strong experience in financial analysis, management accounting, business analysis, or ERP support. Experience contributing to ERP implementation or finance system projects. Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. Confident in process mapping and documenting processes. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels. Advanced Excel skills and solid data literacy. Experience in manufacturing, costing, or supply chain (desirable). Experience with Epicor or other similar ERP systems (desirable). Why Join DAMOS Be a key part of a major transformation project.
