Business Process Analyst

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented business process analyst to join our Perth office. As a vital team member, you will be responsible for identifying the areas of improvement in our current business processes, developing and implementing new strategies and technologies, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful adoption of the new procedures. Additionally, you will conduct process audits and performance assessments to ensure the effectiveness of the new processes and provide training and support to the team members, to ensure that the best practices are followed. Objectives of this role Analysing current business processes, workflows and procedures to identify areas for improvement. Developing and implementing optimised processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction. Collaborating with stakeholders to design and execute process improvement initiatives aligned with organisational goals. Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented process changes, measuring key performance indicators and making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and process improvement methodologies. To be considered for this full-time position you will have hold a tertiary qualification and have 5 years of working knowledge in the renewable energy industry.
