The role plays a key part in enabling the transformation strategy and projects. The position reports into the Head of Transformation and is a key member of the Transformation Team, promoting a culture of Executional Excellence, Process Excellence, Innovation, and Business Value. About the Role The Business Process Analyst is responsible for capturing and analysing business processes, identifying opportunities and recommending solutions to improve processes, efficiency, and productivity. The role is accountable for partnering with stakeholders across the Kraft Heinz organization to systemically capture processes, gather requirements, exercise disruptive thinking to drive innovation, and support the business in the delivery of process and execution excellence. Key Responsibilities Capture business processes using BPMN 2.0 notation to create process maps and models. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather process information through workshop facilitation, interviews, and observations. Develop a comprehensive plan to capture processes, including identifying stakeholders, scheduling workshops, and defining data collection methods. Develop recommendations to improve processes and gather requirements to effectively solve identified gaps. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to capture process information, identify improvement opportunities, and prioritize changes. Partner with the Head of Transformation and stakeholders to present meaningful solutions for key business issues. Communicate process changes and improvements to stakeholders, including training and support as needed> Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for efficiency gains. Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, procedures, and policies. Champion disruptive thought and provide market‑leading solutions to challenge the status quo. What You Bring 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on process improvement and process management. Proven experience in capturing and analysing business processes. Experience with process modelling tools such as Signavio, Sparx Systems, or similar. Experience working in a transformation or change management environment. Positive, proactive can‑do attitude. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise process documentation.
