Business Process Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business process Analyst to work within our GBS team and plays a key part in enabling the transformation strategy and projects. The position reports into the Head of Transformation and is a key member of the Transformation Team, promoting a culture of Executional Excellence, Process Excellence, Innovation, and Business Value. About the role The Business Process Analyst is responsible for capturing and analysing business processes, identifying opportunities and recommending solutions to improve processes, efficiency and productivity. The role is accountable for partnering with stakeholders across the Kraft Heinz organization to systemically capture processes, gathering requirements to improve process and performance, exercise disruptive thinking to drive innovation, and support the business in the delivery of process and execution excellence. Key responsibilities Process Capture Analysis Capture business processes using BPMN 2.0 notation to create process maps and models Collaborate with stakeholders to gather process information through workshop facilitation, interviews, and observations Develop a comprehensive plan to capture processes, including identifying stakeholders, scheduling workshops, and defining data collection methods Develop recommendations to improve processes and gather requirements to effectively solve to them Workshop Facilitation and Stakeholder Management Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to capture process information, identify improvement opportunities, and prioritize changes Partner with (the Head of Transformation ANJ) and stakeholders to present meaningful solutions for key business issues Communicate process changes and improvements to stakeholders, including training and support as needed (with oversight from the Head of Transformation ANJ) Process Improvement and Innovation Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for efficiency gains Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, procedures, and policies Champion disruptive thought and provide market‑leading solutions to challenge the status quo in our processes and routines What you bring 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on process improvement and Process Management Proven experience in capturing and analyzing business processes Experience with process modelling tools, such as Signavio, Sparx Systems, or similar Experience working in a transformation or change management environment Positive, proactive can‑do attitude Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders at all levels Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and concise process documentation Why Kraft Heinz This is more than an analyst role – it’s an opportunity to shape the future in a critical part of our business.
