Senior Business Process Analyst

We have a fabulous permanent opportunity for a senior analyst with experience working across finance systems. This role truly has it all. You will be a core business support partner for the entire team. With a solid grounding in ERP systems, relational database models and process mapping, you will be responsible for improving business processes and reporting capability through a mix of consulting, partnering and doing. Responsibilities Maintain and enhance integrations between NetSuite, Salesforce and other business systems. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools to support decision-making. Analyse and document business processes, recommending improvements for efficiency and scalability. Support financial reporting and budgeting processes through system automation and data validation. Assist in the design and maintenance of relational database structures and data flows. Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality and best practices. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across platforms. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Commerce, or related field. 5+ years of experience in an analyst role across finance systems, preferably in a multi-system environment. Experience with large ERP. Hands‑on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce is highly desirable. Proficiency in Power BI or similar Business Intelligence / data visualization tools. Experience with scripting or other automation tools. Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and process flow design. #J-18808-Ljbffr
