Founded in 2024, TWO is the sister company to Helly Hansen Australia and uses Helly Hansen Australia’s established infrastructure to bring both new and established global brands to life in the Australian and New Zealand markets. The Opportunity We are seeking an Account Manager (B2B) with strong experience in the outdoor industry. Someone who lives and breathes the lifestyle, understands technical product, and can build long-term relationships with retail partners across Australia and New Zealand. This hands on, multi-faceted position will oversee the sales functions for 3 premium brands: Mammut, Db Journey and Sweet Protection . Key Responsibilities Develop and manage strong relationships with retail partners across the outdoor, surf/snow and lifestyle channels. Present and sell seasonal collections and technical product lines to existing and prospective accounts. Create product assortments to drive both commercial outcomes and premium brand positioning. Identify new business opportunities that align with brand positioning. Provide expert product knowledge, particularly around technical performance to ensure retailers can confidently represent our brands. Collaborate with marketing teams (both domestic and global) to create and execute seasonal Go-To-Market campaigns. Work closely with internal logistics and customer service teams to ensure seamless order management and delivery. Maintain sales forecasts and accurate reporting. Represent This Way Out and its brands at key industry events, tradeshows, and on-site retailer visits. Skills & Experience Minimum 3–5 years’ B2B sales experience within the outdoor, snow sports or technical apparel/equipment industry. Proven success in wholesale account management or territory sales. Deep understanding of technical products (apparel, footwear, or equipment), ideally with hands‑on product knowledge. Strong relationships within the outdoor and/or surf/snow retail community are highly valued. Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills. Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel nationally for account visits, trade shows, and brand events. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethic and team‑first attitude. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and enthusiastically to a variety of audiences.
