Job Description Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and efficiently. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Prepare and issue invoices to clients while maintaining proper records. Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding balances. Assist in month-end closing activities, including preparing reports and supporting documentation. Maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and provide necessary information. The Successful Applicant A successful Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer should have: Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes. Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. What's on Offer Competitive salary range of $61,200 to $74,800, plus superannuation.
