Manager (Part Time) – Risk & Compliance Join E&P Financial Group as a part‑time Manager in our Sydney office. This role is roughly . hours per week and offers an opportunity to support the Risk & Compliance team, gain experience across Wealth, Institutional Equities, Research and Corporate Advisory, and progress your career within Financial Services. As a Manager in Sydney, you will play an integral role in supporting the Risk & Compliance team, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations while working both independently and as part of a dynamic team. Typical Day and Responsibilities Provide ongoing compliance support and advice to representatives and stakeholders. Enhance the Line 2 supervision and monitoring framework. Conduct ongoing and thematic supervision and monitoring activities, particularly in relation to AML/CTF and Privacy. Review and improve policies and procedures. Prepare reports for the Board and various Risk & Compliance Committees or senior management. Support divisional Risk and Control Self‑Assessments. Participate in project work, ensuring alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements. Monitor, assess and assist in rolling out regulatory change. Assist with licensing registrations, renewals and submissions. Assist with regulatory notifications and requests. Assess and investigate potential incidents and breaches. Design and deliver relevant training to staff across the group. Qualifications and Experience 5+ years’ experience in risk and/or compliance within the financial services sector. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (law, commerce, finance and/or accounting is preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high attention to detail, critical thinking, initiative and resilience. Benefits Daily breakfast options. Purchased annual leave.
