Job Description Manage and deliver marketing and communications strategies across digital platforms, events, sponsorships, and corporate initiatives. Oversee content creation for investor updates, email campaigns, thought leadership, and social media. Lead the planning and execution of high‑profile events and sponsorships, ensuring seamless engagement and delivery. Collaborate with external agencies to produce creative, digital, and PR outputs. Support proactive media outreach, market research, and competitor analysis to strengthen brand positioning. Utilise CRM and marketing tools to manage campaigns, track effectiveness, and report outcomes. Manage budgets and administration for marketing and communications activities. The Successful Applicant A Successful Marketing And Communications Manager Should Have A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing and communications within the financial services industry. Direct experience within the investment, superannuation, or wealth management sectors. Proven ability to write, edit, and deliver high‑quality content across multiple channels. Experience with CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Indesign advantageous). Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
