NATA Education & Advisory Services is a new, wholly‑owned subsidiary of National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) that operates independently from NATA – as a separate, standalone entity. NATA Education & Advisory Services has been created in response to a growing need communicated by organisations seeking accreditation for: support that is tailored to their specific needs , help in building deeper capability with the teams , practical assistance in navigating assessments and accreditation requirements, and assistance with developing effective management systems . Elevate brand presence and drive measurable growth by blending creative storytelling, data insights, and multi‑channel execution. Own the end‑to‑end digital marketing lifecycle—from strategy and content creation to performance analysis and optimization. Role Description As our Marketing and Communications Manager , you'll drive the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑impact marketing campaigns that grow visibility, engagement, and qualified leads. You'll plan and launch integrated digital campaigns aligned with business goals, backed by audience insights and clear budgets. You'll create and manage engaging content across channels, newsletters, social media, email, and web ensuring consistent brand voice and measurable impact. You'll oversee paid search, display, and social advertising, optimise landing pages and SEO, and manage performance against ROI and acquisition targets. With a data‑driven mindset, you'll build dashboards, analyse results, and deliver monthly reports and recommendations to continually improve performance. Collaborating closely with design, product, and sales teams, you'll ensure brand consistency, timely delivery, and a unified approach to all marketing initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field 3–5 years' experience in digital marketing, content creation, or marketing communications Proven experience running integrated digital campaigns across email, social, and web Strong skills in content writing, copyediting, and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe, or similar) Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot highly preferred) Demonstrated capability managing paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and meeting ROI targets Ability to build dashboards, analyse data, and translate insights into recommendations Experience managing social media channels (LinkedIn, X, Instagram) and creating high‑engagement content Excellent organisational and project management skills, able to deliver multiple campaigns on schedule Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across teams (design, product, sales) Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Professional Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
