About the Roles Early Childhood Teacher In this role, you will: Deliver engaging, play-based programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Create intentional teaching experiences that support children’s learning and wellbeing Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues Lead documentation, assessments, and planning cycles Maintain a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment Contribute to the centre’s commitment to meeting NQS and Busy Bees quality standards Diploma Educator (Fixed Term – Maternity Leave, 30 hrs/week) In this role, you will: Support the implementation of high-quality, play-based programs Build warm, responsive relationships with children and families Contribute to observations, documentation, and daily routines Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Work collaboratively with educators to maintain Busy Bees standards Lead Educator (Fixed Term – Maternity Leave) In this role, you will: Lead the delivery of engaging programs in line with the EYLF Mentor and support educators to ensure high-quality practice Oversee documentation, observations, and learning plans Build strong partnerships with children, families, and the team Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment Support the service’s goals in meeting NQS standards What You’ll Need Early Childhood Teacher Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved) or equivalent NESA accreditation Valid NSW Working with Children Check (Employee) Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS Excellent communication and teamwork skills Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved) Valid NSW Working with Children Check (Employee) Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting Understanding of EYLF and NQS Strong teamwork and communication skills Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved) Experience in a Lead Educator or senior educator role Valid NSW Working with Children Check (Employee) Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills All roles offer: Hourly Rate: Early Childhood Teacher: $41.83–$57.87 Laundry allowance Access to the Busy Bees Learning Platform Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Career progression and professional development opportunities Opportunities to grow within a global early-learning organisation Why Join Follyfoot Farm Juniors by Busy Bees?
