Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will have the autonomy to manage your direct reports while working in a cohesive and inspirational management team. Responsibilities Ensuring highly efficient operation in place consistently Overseeing quality, repairs and maintenance on gym floor and wet areas Providing leadership, motivation and innovation to the personal training team Recruiting, training and developing staff Proactively managing member feedback Ensuring gym equipment is maintained to an excellent standard Delivering operational support to the fitness department Ensuring the overall cleanliness and exceptional presentation of the health and fitness areas Qualifications A passion for high quality customer service Demonstrated senior management of gym programs, personal training while ensuring safety, growth and quality Proven ability to develop, propose and implement ideas Experience with setting and meeting performance targets and motivating staff Possess natural leadership qualities Strong interest and passionate about health #J-18808-Ljbffr
