Cobram Estate Olives, the leader in premium extra virgin olive oil, is looking for a Financial Controller to join their high-performing team. About the Role Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you’ll play a key role in: Leading monthly management accounts, group consolidation, and cash flow reporting. Managing statutory reporting, ESG disclosures, and liaising with auditors. Overseeing tax compliance and transfer pricing. Driving process improvements, automation, and adoption of tools like Power BI. Leading and mentoring a talented finance team across accounting, AP/AR, and business partnering. What We’re Looking For CA/CPA qualified with proven experience as a Financial Controller or senior finance leader. Strong technical expertise in consolidation, statutory compliance, and cash flow management. Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills. Background in consumer goods, manufacturing, or agribusiness is highly desirable. Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel. Ability to travel weekly to regional sites (Boort, Boundary Bend Groves, Lara).
