2IC | Assistant Manager | Frankly My Dear We are looking for vibrant assistant manager to joinour Pacific Fair store. Are you passionate about jewellery and providing exceptional customer service? Do you have a flair for fashion and an eye for detail? We are seeking customer-focused individuals to join and assist in managing our team and assist our customers with finding high quality fashion jewellery. We have a vibrant team culture that celebrates creativity, innovation and individuality. A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering results. Tasks & responsibilities Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations Lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service Assist in visual merchandising, stock management, and team training. Bring your unique flair and ideas to assist the day to day in store. Be taught basic jewellery making skills such as soldering and engraving to help personalise customer experiences. A fun, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same Discounts on all products casual, part time or full time time position with a competitive pay rate. Opportunities for growth and development in the fashion industry. Price displayed depends on hours required. Hours would be 30+ a week with maximum 38 hours available, but this can be discussed with flexibility for the right candidate.
