Role Requirements We are seeking a dedicated 2IC (Assistant Centre Manager) to support the Campus Manager and lead the delivery of high‑quality curriculum across the service. This role is ideal for a confident, relationship‑focused leader with strong interpersonal skills, proven leadership attributes and a genuine passion for early childhood education and curriculum excellence. The successful candidate will need: Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) Current and valid Working with Children Check Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training Experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & the QKLG Ability to interpret curriculum documents Effective oral and written communication skills Key Role Responsibilities Assist the Campus Manager when needed and support/lead the team when required. Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment. Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families. Oversee and role model the delivery of a high‑quality, inclusive, educational program. Participate in professional and personal development.
