Experienced Project Manager, Blue Water Shipping A/S Are you a proactive Project Manager who thrives on turning complexity into clarity and seeing ideas come to life? You will join our Strategy Office a small, high-impact team working across strategy development & execution, portfolio management and execution of strategic projects. We work closely with Management, drive meaningful change, and expect the same can‑do, solution‑oriented mindset from you. Manage and execute complex strategic projects You will take end-to-end responsibility for leading strategic and transformational projects working closely with senior stakeholders across regions and professions. In this role you will: Lead and drive the execution of complex projects from idea to implementation ensuring progress, impact, and momentum Build strong collaboration and create clarity in complex stakeholder landscapes Develop concrete project plans around scope, priority, budget, risks, and delivery Translate strategic direction into pragmatic actions and tangible outcomes Drive change management and secure real adoption, not only deliver PowerPoints Facilitate decision‑making, remove roadblocks, and keep the energy high Actively identify improvements and bring forward well‑founded recommendations to Management As Project Manager you will build strong relationships towards internal and external stakeholders, and you ensure coordination, follow‑up, progress, and not least transparency. By doing so, you ensure successful project deliverables in full compliance with expectations and project targets.
