We are currently seeking a Student Wellbeing Support Coordinator to develop and implement social and emotional programmes. To provide advice, support and counselling to both groups of students and individuals requiring social, emotional and behavioural assistance. About the Role Coordinate proactive welfare, social and emotional learning programs and workshops. Support teachers in implementing these programs in the classroom. Provide counselling for students, and support parents and teachers. Teach classes in social and emotional programs. Attend and occasionally present at staff meetings and professional development sessions. About You Several years of experience in social work background and/or experience in wellbeing in an educational setting advantageous. VIT registration or current working with children check. Excellent communication skills and empathy with multiple stakeholders. The ability to prioritise and act with a student‑first mindset.
