Payroll Analytics Advisor

Review historical payroll records, including paper timesheets and provide recommendation on approach to resolve identified concerns Analyse payroll data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for remediation. Prepare reports and insights to support decision-making and process improvements. Collaborate with Payroll, People & Partnerships, and Finance teams to ensure accurate remediation and reporting. Assist with documentation and audit preparation related to remediation efforts. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the remediation process. Support HR and finance departments with analytical insights. Maintain a high standard of data integrity and compliance. About you: Relevant tertiary qualification in business, finance, HR, or a related field. Demonstrated experience with Chris21 payroll system and customised payroll environments. Experience in payroll analytics or a similar analytical role. Proficiency in payroll and HRIS systems. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
