Join a values-driven organisation focused on continuous improvement and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Analyse historical payroll data to identify trends and issues Develop reports and dashboards to support compliance and decisions Collaborate with Payroll, HR and Finance to ensure data integrity Recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency Support audit, remediation and reporting activities About You: Experienced in payroll analytics, reporting or data analysis Skilled in payroll systems, compliance and data privacy Proficient in Excel, Power BI or similar analytics tools Detail-focused communicator with strong stakeholder skills Knowledge of Chris21 or similar HRIS highly regarded At Chandler Macleod, we are committed to fostering a diverse workforce where everyone is welcome.
