The Role We're looking for a detail-driven Payroll Advisor who loves accuracy and compliance. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our team is paid correctly and on time using Pronto to manage the process end-to-end. This hands‑on role works closely with People & Culture and Finance teams. The position is 5 days per week (hybrid available) with shorter hours, giving flexibility for life‑balance. What You'll Be Doing Processing end‑to‑end payroll for ~170 employees on a fortnightly basis (salary + blue‑collar) Entering new hires, changes and terminations into the payroll system Calculating and applying leave entitlements, overtime and allowances Ensuring accurate payment of superannuation, PAYG tax and deductions Implementing system enhancements and automations as required Interpreting Modern Awards and ensuring compliance with the Fair Work Act and NES Managing finance‑related payroll tasks and the payroll inbox Preparing and lodging STP reports to the ATO Assisting with year‑end processes, including PAYG summaries and reconciliations Supporting audits and providing required documentation About You A Certificate or Diploma in Payroll, Accounting, Finance or related field (desirable) 3+ years of payroll experience in a similar role Why Us Fully stocked snack bar and drinks in the fridge Frequent team and social events On‑site barista for morning caffeine fix Professional memberships Access to EAP and novated leasing Flexibility to support work/life balance Ongoing professional training and development Career progression in a fast‑growing organisation Apply Now Applications are being reviewed as they are received – don’t wait If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career, send us your application today and join EPEC Group to help shape a renewable‑focused future.
