The Role As an Associate Adviser, you will be the key support to our Adviser, acting as the bridge between our clients and internal team. You'll assist in preparing advice documentation, managing client relationships, and ensuring all work aligns with HTA Wealth's standards and values. Key Responsibilities Support the Adviser in preparing and implementing financial advice and strategy documents. Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing professional and responsive service. Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to a seamless client experience. Coordinate with our team to deliver timely and compliant advice documentation. Prepare Records of Advice, Ongoing Service Agreements, Fee Disclosure Statements, and other documents for clients. Attend and contribute to client meetings with the Adviser. Maintain and update client information in Xplan. Develop your technical and professional knowledge through mentoring and hands-on experience. What We're Looking For Eligible to commence or currently completing your Professional Year. 2+ years' experience in an Associate Adviser, Paraplanning, or client service role. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with Xplan. A proactive, professional, and client-focused approach with a genuine passion for financial advice.
