We provide holistic financial planning services to our small business and professional clients, alongside our accounting and mortgage broking divisions. You will be working with an energetic team who are not only passionate about financial planning and helping our clients achieve their goals but believe that ethics and integrity are the cornerstone of what we do. What is the role? The Associate Adviser we are seeking is a team player, whose focus is both on outcomes for the client and constant development in their role through working closely with 2 Senior Advisers. Our growing business offers a full suite of Accounting and Financial Services including financial planning, risk insurance, investments, residential and commercial finance. Our Associate Advisers are our point of contact for liaising with both new client queries as well as coordinating any actions from our client reviews. You will be responsible for project managing the end to end process that underpins client on-boarding, the implementation of relevant strategies recommended and hands on with ongoing client needs, always with guidance and support of senior advisers and team members. Duties and Responsibilities Proactively communicate with clients on their existing portfolios and structures Prepare accurate and succinct Statements of Advice with Senior Advisers Working with our advice, accounting and finance teams to ensure the client receives a seamless service experience Prepare insurance quotes and investment models Research of investment products, strategies and risk profiles Manage the client review and renewal process Skills & Experience Experience working within a Financial Planning office preferred but not essential Great organisational skills are essential Adviserlogic and/or XPLAN experience preferred but not essential Exposure to Risk, Super and Investment products A Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning preferred or working towards completing To express your interest in this opportunity, please forward your resume using the "Apply Now" link below About Ark Total Wealth Sydney, NSW, Australia Associate Financial Adviser Sydney, NSW A$110,000-$120,000 p/a Full-time On-site #J-18808-Ljbffr
