Associate Adviser Company Overview Join a leading wealth management firm partnering with Family Offices and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients. This is an opportunity to work in a high-touch environment where your expertise contributes directly to client success and business growth. Role Overview We're seeking an Associate Adviser to provide comprehensive support to Investment Advisers and clients. You'll manage reporting, execute trades, prepare proposals, and ensure seamless onboarding and administration for UHNW portfolios. Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports Execute trade orders and investment transactions Develop presentations, proposals, and pitch materials Conduct research on macro-economic, thematic, and stock-specific topics Manage onboarding, account opening, and portfolio maintenance Ensure compliance and regulatory reporting obligations are met Liaise with Operations for cash / stock transfers and corporate actions Provide proactive client management and timely updates Assist with client meetings, documentation, and follow-up Coordinate client functions and marketing events Skills & Experience Degree qualified in Finance or related discipline RG146 accreditation (or willingness to obtain quickly) Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within Wealth Management Strong knowledge of compliance, AML / KYC processes Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes What's on Offer Work with prestigious Family Office and UHNW clients Career development tailored to your role and future pathway Collaborative and inclusive team culture Exposure to complex investment strategies and high-value portfolios Click 'APPLY' or contact Shauna Callaghan on or email We are committed to providing a supportive culture and positively contributing towards creating diverse and inclusive workplaces for our candidates & clients.
