Kira & Kira was founded ten years ago by husband and wife duo, Simone and Grason Kira. What started as a furniture and homewares store in Miami has now expanded to include a brand new Burleigh Heads Interior design Studio and Showroom. Kira & Kira are industry leaders in the interior design and furnishing space, creating beautiful homes for our customers and clients. Showcasing our curated collection of homewares, art, lighting and furniture. We’re a team of designers and creatives who love what we do, and we’re looking for someone equally passionate to join us in growing our brand and sharing our story. The Role We’re searching for a confident and creative Digital Marketing & Content Creator to take the lead across our online presence. This role is hands‑on and varied, from planning and creating engaging content to weekly marketing communications across a range of digital channels. You’ll be the voice of Kira & Kira online, working closely with our design team, suppliers and artists to create beautiful, authentic content that reflects our brand. Strategy & Reporting Creating and executing the content strategy Weekly and monthly reporting across all channels (social, email, website, ads) Content Creation & Social Media Planning, creating and scheduling daily content across Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest (posts, reels, stories) including photo, video, copywriting and design Community management: Engaging with followers, responding to social media enquiries, and maintaining strong connections with industry partners and suppliers A strong creative vision and staying across social trends, ensuring our content feels current and creative, but always on brand Email Marketing Coordinating weekly campaign EDMs through Klaviyo Managing and optimising automated flows Website Project and Content Blogs (project features + SEO‑focused content) Photoshoots & Creative Projects Coordinating and assisting with photoshoots for both new products and interior design projects Working closely with our team, suppliers and artists to bring creative concepts to life Product & Supplier Management Supporting new product launches and project workflows through Asana Communicating with artists, makers and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships What We’re Looking For 2+ years’ experience in a similar Social Media or Content Creation role Confident in Canva and Klaviyo (Shopify and Adobe Suite knowledge a bonus) Creative thinker with a great eye for design, detail and brand Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable juggling multiple projects and working both independently and collaboratively A passion for interiors, design and lifestyle A degree in marketing (or a relevant discipline) is desired but not essential Why Join Kira & Kira?
