This in-house position focuses on closing sales on the first call, driving revenue through our removals, backloading, packing, and storage services. Key Responsibilities Respond to qualified leads from social media ads, EDM campaigns, and website inquiries via phone and email from within our CRM. Conduct consultative sales calls to identify customer needs for moves across our service areas. Close deals on the first interaction by building rapport, addressing objections, and highlighting value, such as backloading savings. Collaborate with operations teams and partners (e.g., Frontline Removals) to ensure smooth handoffs. Track sales activities and leads in Zoho CRM for accurate reporting and follow-ups. Contribute to marketing strategies, providing feedback on lead quality from campaigns. What We're Looking For Proven sales experience, ideally in services, logistics, or a high-volume call environment. A genuine go-getter attitude: proactive, resilient, and motivated by targets. Strong ability to follow structured sales processes and directions from management. Expertise as a hard closer: Confident in one-call conversions with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Local to Port Macquarie (must reside within PMQ area for in-office work). Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho experience a plus). Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
