We really care about what we do and the impact it has on lives About the role: The ideal candidate is able to manage the fast pace of the medical supply industry. On a daily basis you will: Build relationships with global customer service and operations teams Provide critical support to the team in the field (our sales team are medical professionals who are actively supporting surgeons and practitioners in a clinical setting) Handle incoming requests and resolve issues Ensure the smooth operation of incoming and outgoing shipments Monitor and maintain stock inventory—accuracy is critical Perform general administration and reception duties Provide back office support for sales and marketing functions Responsible for the Quality Management System About you: You are confident and love helping people Min 2 years experience using a robust ERP system (essential). Experience with Quickbook desirable Proficient in use of MS Office suite of products Enthusiasm for learning new skills and tools to improve performance and efficiency Experience with inventory management highly desirable You can effectively manage your time and you possess excellent problem solving skills You have high levels of attention to detail You love to play your role within a team environment - we are a small but effective team You're adaptable, supportive and focused on delivering exceptional service What’s in it for you?
