Our client, a leading management consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Change Management Consultant to lead end-to-end change management initiatives as part of a critical technology migration project. The engagement spans 12 months and involves managing the people, process and communication elements of change to ensure a smooth transition and minimal business disruption. Role and Responsibilities Design and deliver change management strategies and engagement plans for large-scale transformation initiatives. Support organisation design and development efforts, including capability assessments, communications, and leadership alignment. Plan and facilitate change and stakeholder workshops, ensuring participation across business and functional teams. Create and deliver visually engaging communications materials (e.g., PowerPoint decks, posters, newsletters) that drive adoption and awareness. Partner with senior stakeholders to embed change and readiness activities across project milestones and go-live events. Support the establishment of governance frameworks for change initiatives, including tracking metrics, preparing reports, and maintaining alignment with programme objectives. Work collaboratively with client teams and external partners to ensure a coordinated approach to change and capability building. Contribute to the evolution of change and communication methodologies, ensuring they remain creative, people-centred, and outcome-oriented. Skills and Qualifications 6+ years of experience in change management, organisation design, or organisation development. Background in management consulting or corporate transformation functions within large enterprises. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience crafting and delivering complex messages to diverse audiences. Experience developing change communications strategies and creative collateral. Prior exposure to large corporate or public sector environments preferred, with broad industry exposure seen as an advantage. Project management experience (including planning and coordinating go-lives, workshops, or milestone-based activities) is valued. Familiarity with PROSCI or equivalent change methodologies (certification not required). Experience working with waterfall or hybrid delivery models. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other visual communication tools. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, navigating ambiguity with resilience and a solutions mindset. Highly creative, outcome-focused, and adaptable to diverse client needs and delivery environments.
