Executive Talent | Recruitment Professional | People Leader | Partnership Builder | Project Management Change Consultant (Training & Instructional Design) – Public Sector | Remote | ASAP Start Our client is seeking an experienced Change Consultant with strong instructional design capability to support the rollout of a new SAP module across the organisation. This position is fully remote , offers autonomy, and will see you working closely with a supportive internal team as part of a large transformation initiative. This role suits someone who brings a blend of change management , training design , and hands‑on content development skills. Candidates from a Business Analyst background who have moved into change work are also encouraged to apply. While the module is SAP Lean Services , prior experience with this specific module is not required. The training and change impacts are relatively straightforward, and you will have access to SMEs and existing material. However, experience across SAP , Oracle , or other large enterprise platforms will be highly beneficial. Key Responsibilities Lead change and training activities for the SAP Lean Services rollout across the organisation. Review, update, and rewrite training content, guides, and materials as required. Conduct stakeholder engagement across multiple business units. Develop and deliver training using a Train‑the‑Trainer approach. Work closely with SMEs, project teams, and internal support resources. Support adoption planning, communications, and readiness activities. About You Demonstrated experience as a Change Consultant , Change Analyst, or Change‑focused BA. Strong instructional design and training content creation skills. Experience working on major platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise systems). Train‑the‑Trainer certification highly regarded. Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels across a public‑sector environment. Ability to start ASAP , ideally prior to the Christmas break. Ability to work fully remote within Australia.
