As the Consultant Change , you will be part of the Personal Everyday Banking and Consumer Finance team , that is building long-term relationships by understanding and adapting to changing customer needs. Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to: Ensure change activities have end-to-end ownership. Delivery of the change work as per agreed plans, ensuring co-ordination and integration of activities. Drive the identification of stakeholder and business impacts and assess organisational readiness. Identify all stakeholders impacted by the program/project and create an effective engagement plan to maximise the readiness. Develop a communication approach and execute activities that supports all stakeholder. Complete a training needs analysis, develop a training approach & any supporting materials e.g. reference materials, instructional documents etc. Develop the metrics, create a plan to monitor, track and pivot as required; to realise project benefits We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need: Demonstrated experience working across end-to-end change strategies for business-as-usual programs across your dedicated portfolio/stakeholder groups Demonstrated knowledge of change management principles and best practice A keen eye for process improvement Strong growth mindset and a practical approach in delivering a great change experience Must be able to work collaboratively, flexibly, and self-driven for independent change activities.
