In the role of Senior Consultant, Change , you will join the PS&TM Change Capability team to deliver transformational change programs that support NAB’s strategic objectives. Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Consulting, Information Technology, and Sales Industry: Banking Responsibilities Change leadership – provide the program/project with day-to-day change management leadership and subject matter expertise. Ensure change activities have end-to-end ownership, delivery as per agreed plans, ensuring coordination and integration of activities. Change impact assessment & transition planning – drive the identification of business impacts and assess organisational readiness. Stakeholder management – identify all stakeholders impacted by the program/project and create an effective engagement plan to maximise readiness. Communication – develop a communication approach and execute activities that support all stakeholder groups impacted by the program/project. Training and support materials – complete a training needs analysis, develop a training approach & any supporting materials (e.g., reference materials, instructional documents). Adoption metrics – develop the metrics, create a plan to monitor, track and pivot as required; to realise project benefits. Qualifications Strong transformational change experience. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated program change management experience. Strong strategic planning capabilities, structured problem solving and navigating complex environments. A collaborative approach and comfortable with ambiguity. Alignment to NAB’s core values.
