Overview As the Consultant Change , you will be part of the Personal Everyday Banking and Consumer Finance team , building long‑term relationships by understanding and adapting to changing customer needs. Responsibilities Ensure change activities have end‑to‑end ownership. Deliver the change work as per agreed plans, ensuring coordination and integration of activities. Drive the identification of stakeholder and business impacts and assess organisational readiness. Identify all stakeholders impacted by the program/project and create an effective engagement plan to maximise readiness. Develop a communication approach and execute activities that support all stakeholders. Complete a training needs analysis, develop a training approach & any supporting materials (e.g., reference materials, instructional documents). Develop metrics, create a plan to monitor, track and pivot as required to realise project benefits. Qualifications Demonstrated experience working across end‑to‑end change strategies for business‑as‑usual programmes across your dedicated portfolio/stakeholder groups. Demonstrated knowledge of change management principles and best practice. A keen eye for process improvement. Strong growth mindset and a practical approach in delivering a great change experience. Must be able to work collaboratively, flexibly, and self‑driven for independent change activities. Agile change management skills.
