About the Role We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Reporting Analyst to join our Finance division and help elevate our data-driven decision making. You will play a key role in supporting the Performance Analytics team by building dashboards, preparing reporting, uncovering trends, and ensuring data accuracy across our systems. What You’ll Do Data Analysis & Reporting Prepare weekly sales reporting and support month-end performance reporting activities Develop and maintain clear, interactive dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI Conduct deep‑dive analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities to support key business decisions Collect, clean, and analyse data from ERP systems and the data warehouse, ensuring accuracy and integrity Cross‑Functional Support Partner with teams across Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, HR and more to deliver reporting solutions that support and optimise business operations Present insights in a digestible format using charts, graphs, tables, and visual storytelling Ensure consistency and reliability in reports, with clear documentation to support ongoing updates Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and enhance reporting processes Develop and maintain documentation of data sources, definitions, and processes Stay current with emerging analytics tools and data visualisation techniques Shadow senior analysts and develop skills in Power Query, SQL, and Power BI to support larger strategic projects Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field 2–3 years’ experience in a reporting or data analysis role Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities High attention to detail, accuracy, and a strong problem‑solving mindset Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment Desirable: Power BI, Power Query, SQL experience, and exposure to retail or supply chain environments Why Join Coco Republic A warm, collaborative team culture where curiosity and growth are encouraged Performance incentives Leave on your birthday - because your special day matters Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities Generous product discounts for you and your loved ones Access to our Employee Assistance Program, anytime you need it Paid parental leave and a commitment to work‑life balance If you’re energised by the opportunity to turn data into meaningful insights that drive business performance, we’d love to hear from you.
