About the role We’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to take the reins of our Hervey Bay Campus and drive enrolment growth. You’ll be the local face of Axiom — developing partnerships, converting leads, and ensuring smooth campus operations — all while enjoying uncapped commissions for your results. Business Development & Sales Proactively grow enrolments and revenue for the Hervey Bay campus Build strong relationships with local schools, employers, job providers, and community groups Seek out new opportunities in Government-funded training and workforce development Drive brand presence and word-of-mouth growth across the region Act as the go-to contact for local clients and students Manage end-to-end campus coordination: enrolments, marketing, and scheduling Ensure compliance and quality standards are upheld What’s in It for You Uncapped commissions & bonuses — the more you close, the more you earn Fuel card & tools of the trade Autonomy to run your region Work for a trusted and well-established training provider What We’re Looking For ✔ Proven experience in business development or sales , ideally in the education or RTO sector ✔ Confident communicator and negotiator with exceptional interpersonal skills ✔ Organised, self-driven, and able to thrive with minimal supervision ✔ Knowledge of Government-funded programs is a plus, but not essential Ready to Own Your Region?
