Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll lead the charge in identifying, cultivating and securing new revenue streams through corporate partnerships, sponsorships, grants and philanthropic support. From pitching to major brands, to negotiating sponsorships for iconic events like the Variety Bash, to securing grants that fund life‑changing programs – no two days will be the same. Professional development and the chance to make a real difference. Key Responsibilities Identify and secure new corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and strategic alliances. Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations. Build and manage a portfolio of partners and sponsors with exceptional stewardship. Pursue and secure grant funding opportunities. Achieve revenue targets and contribute to strategic growth plans. Collaborate across teams to support events, campaigns, and marketing initiatives. Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare monthly performance reports. About you You are a confident communicator and strategic thinker with a proven ability to convert opportunities into tangible outcomes. You thrive on building relationships, negotiating deals, and achieving targets. What you will bring Minimum five years’ experience in business development, partnerships, fundraising or related field. Demonstrated success in securing revenue through sponsorships, partnerships, grants or major gifts. Strong proposal writing, presentation and negotiation skills. Experience managing high‑value relationships and sponsor portfolios. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. A collaborative, proactive mindset and passion for Variety’s mission.
