The Opportunity We are seeking an inspiring and experienced Centre Manager to lead our kindergarten’s educational and operational excellence. This pivotal role combines the functions of Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader, providing overall management, teaching leadership, and strategic direction for our service. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily operations of the kindergarten in accordance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations. Inspire, mentor, and support a team of dedicated early childhood professionals. Oversee the development and implementation of a high-quality, inclusive, and play-based educational program. Ensure compliance, safety, and quality standards are consistently met or exceeded. Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, staff, the Committee of Management, and the wider community. About You You are an experienced early childhood professional who is passionate about leading teams and nurturing learning environments that put children first. You will bring: A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent). Current VIT registration (or Working with Children Check if applicable). Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certificates. Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and VEYLDF. Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
