An opportunity Built for you As the Site Supervisor at Built you will supervise construction work during installation, inspection, testing and commissioning, and ensure that work is completed in accordance with drawings and specifications. A typical day might look like for you Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with codes, standards and specifications, and that appropriate work procedures are implemented. Staff management: Directly manage and guide Built’s direct workforce on site, ensure appropriate information (including variations, disputes and other contractual matters) is fed back to the Site Manager / Project Manager, identify any training needs of construction workers, and manage/subtend subcontractors on site. Coordinate subcontracts/suppliers in advance of their work on site. Coordinate materials handling requirements in conjunction with building management. Manage preliminary costs and attend programme and site meetings (as required). Analyse dimension shows on plans, details and survey drawings, check for discrepancies and determine dimensions that cannot be varied. Experience in a similar role within the construction industry. Ability to use initiative, prioritise, maintain strong attention to detail, have a positive approach to work, and encourage team‑mates to deliver a quality outcome.
