Requirements for this role: More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role. Expected salary: $105,000 - $115,000 per year. The Site Supervisor plays a critical role in Luxcom’s construction projects, overseeing on-site operations to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The Site Supervisor will work closely with project managers, tradespeople, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate daily activities, enforce safety compliance, monitor progress, and contribute to the successful delivery of both residential and commercial projects. Qualifications & Experience required: Trade qualification or diploma/degree in Construction Management, Building, or a related field. Proven experience as a site supervisor, foreman, or in a similar supervisory role within residential or commercial construction. Strong knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and building codes. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders. Sound understanding of Australian WHS regulations and ability to enforce safety compliance. Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments. Relevant certifications such as White Card, First Aid, or Working at Heights are highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities & Duties: Project Oversight – Supervise daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards. Team Coordination – Manage and direct tradespeople, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and task execution. Safety Compliance – Enforce Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) standards, conduct site inspections, and ensure safe work practices at all times. Quality Control – Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and company standards. Problem Solving – Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and disruptions. Reporting & Communication – Provide regular updates to project managers, maintain site records, and liaise with clients or stakeholders as required.
