About the Role Modus Projects is rapidly expanding. As a national, home-grown leader in facilities maintenance, building, project management, and fit-out construction, we are looking to add an Accounts Payable Officer to our team. This role will provide essential support and exceptional service to both our trade and office teams, helping us continue to deliver high-quality solutions across the business. This position is permanent full time and requires you to be in our brand-new Cronulla office 5 days a week. Your key responsibilities Handle incoming phone calls and assist with Finance department inquiries. Manage accounts inbox, process supplier invoices, reconcile supplier statements, and resolve discrepancies. Enter supplier invoices into TSM and prepare job cards for Accounts Receivable, complete credit applications. Assist with month-end duties, including preparing supplier pay runs and ensuring correct bank details in MYOB. Ensure accuracy of supplier profiles in TSM and MYOB, manage filing/archiving, and provide general administrative support. Qualifications and skills 1+ years’ experience in accounts payable Strong communication skills, both verbal and written A proactive and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills Proficiency with IT systems, including Microsoft Excel Reach out to clients via phone to discuss their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction Collaborate across departments to resolve client issues and deliver high-quality service Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow Reach Your Full Potential At Modus Projects, we are advocates for diversity & inclusion.
