Reconcile accounts payable transactions accurately. Maintain and update financial records and data in the system. Handle supplier inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Assist in month‑end closing processes related to accounts payable. Generate and review accounts payable reports as required. Support the team with ad‑hoc accounting tasks as needed. Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures. Qualifications Prior experience in accounts payable or a similar role. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel. A solid understanding of accounting principles and processes. Effective communication skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams. A proactive approach to problem‑solving and meeting deadlines. Benefits Temporary position located in Macquarie Park.
