At Peninsula, we provide business owners with peace of mind by providing expert advice and comprehensive solutions in areas such as HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety. We empower business owners to focus on growing their business knowing they have a trusted partner to handle their people management needs.

We are an exciting point of our journey and as our business grows, so do our people and opportunities. We are expanding our INTERNAL HR team and are seeking an experienced Business Partner to join our team.

What will you be doing?

At the heart of our DNA is our people. This in an internally facing role, that is looking after our People.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with operational and business support managers to successfully deliver people performance strategies
  • Leading and participating in HR projects with exceptional attention to detail and out of the box thinking
  • Building Leader capability in HR systems and processes including cyclical processes
  • Analyse qualitative or quantitative HR data to identify and address business issues, drawing conclusions and making recommendations for action.
  • Working with internal stakeholders on employee case management matters.

A little about you:
You will have a minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role ideally, with a background in employment relations. You will have a formal qualification, with experience in Engaging and resolving issues/disputes including HR case management.
