As we continue to expand, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Accounts person to join our team. About the Role We're seeking an experienced Bookkeeper / Accounts Person who can take ownership of end-to-end accounts processes, maintain accurate financial records, and play a key role in our cashflow management. You'll work closely with management and contribute to improving systems and efficiencies across the business. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Process invoices, payments, receipts, and journals Perform bank and account reconciliations Monitor customer accounts and carry out debt collection activities professionally and effectively Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end reporting Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams Support continuous improvement of financial processes and systems About You Previous experience as a Bookkeeper within an SME environment, ideally with turnover of $5-20m Minimum 5+ years of bookkeeping experience required Strong knowledge of AP, AR, and debt collection Proficiency with accounting software preferably Netsuite & Xero Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Clear communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team culture Must have Australian work rights Why Join Us?
