As Restaurant Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a high-performing "premium casual dining" coastal restaurant. You'll lead a passionate team, elevate the guest experience, and work closely with supportive, forward-thinking owners who value innovation and reward results. What you'll be doing: Leading all aspects of daily operations at a busy, premium restaurant with an established reputation. Inspiring, coaching, and developing a professional team through structured training and performance programs. Taking ownership of service standards, SOP's, rostering, stock control, and supplier relationships. Driving business performance with a hands‑on presence on the floor and strong commercial focus. Collaborating directly with ownership to refine systems, streamline processes, and set the standard for the wider group. Continuing to evolve a strong food and beverage program with an emphasis on wine. Continue to build on exceptional customer service and experience by leadinng from the front and engaging the team in training and development. What we're looking for: Demonstrated success as a Restaurant Manager (or higher) in a premium dining environment. A confident, guest‑focused leader with strong people and performance management skills. Solid commercial acumen across budgeting, labour control, and COGS. Wine knowledge (WSET Level 2 or above highly regarded). A hands‑on operator who thrives in busy service and enjoys being guest-facing. Local knowledge or ties to the South Sydney area will be highly regarded. Sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
