About the Role

GroundProbe, a global leader in innovative technology solutions, is excited to invite applications for a Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator for a 12-month contract. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at our vibrant office in Windsor, Brisbane. As a Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator, you will oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations. Your proactive management of maintenance schedules, space planning, and sustainability initiatives will be key in creating a productive, safe, and sustainable work environment for everyone. What you will be doing
Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to WHS policies, actively improve workplace safety, and comply with health and safety regulations. Facility Management: Oversee daily operations, maintain safe and clean environments, and coordinate with contractors for maintenance. Maintenance Coordination: Develop preventative maintenance schedules, respond to requests, and keep detailed maintenance logs. Space Planning: Manage office space allocations, coordinate workstation and office moves and setups, and optimize production floor use. Vendor and Budget Management: Liaise with vendors, manage the facilities budget, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Emergency Preparedness: Develop emergency response plans, conduct drills, and ensure safety equipment is maintained. Communication and Project Management: Serve as the primary contact for facilities issues for employees, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage renovation or installation projects. What you will bring
Trades certificate or Diploma: Preferred in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Facilities Management Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in facilities management, maintenance supervision, or a related field. Industry Experience: Experience in managing both office environments and production/industrial facilities is highly desirable. Project Management: Demonstrated experience in planning and executing facility-related projects. Vendor Management: Experience in managing contracts and relationships with vendors and service providers. What we offer
