Stowaway is a neighbourhood bar in the heart of Freshwater, serving up beloved Australian pub classics with a twist. We’re searching for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our close-knit team. While your main home will be Stowaway, you’ll also have the chance to bring your skills next door at Harry Gatos — our vibrant, fast-paced Asian diner. Two venues, one team, endless variety. Our menu is rooted in pub favourites but always evolving with creative, globally inspired touches. Stowaway is a community favourite, so consistency is key — but we’re never afraid to keep things fresh. Expect to work alongside a dedicated team of three to four during service, with prep shared across both venues. While Harry Gatos may call on you occasionally, Stowaway will be your base.
