With a new premium brand direction underway, this role presents the opportunity to support and shape major launches, elevate campaign activity and play a key part in a significant brand evolution. The Opportunity Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll oversee the marketing function for a portfolio of residential developments - ranging from apartment projects to townhomes, land developments and future community-led precincts. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a high‑velocity environment where quality and detail matter. Details and Benefits Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 Packageincl. Super (depending on experience) 1 day WFH, with additional flexibility as needed Opportunity to work closely with a highly respected marketing leader Exposure to architecturally designed, high-profile residential projects Be part of an ambitious, values-led team building a refined, premium brand South CBD fringe location, close to transport and off-street parking available Agile team structure with low bureaucracy and strong collaboration Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver marketing strategies and brand activity across assigned projects Manage end‑to‑end campaigns for both new and existing developments Build and maintain strong relationships with digital, creative, media and PR partners Oversee project websites, digital listings, media schedules and campaign content Coordinate eDM development, deployment and reporting Conduct market and buyer research to support strategy and positioning Support PR, communications, launch activity and stakeholder engagement Track campaign budgets, reporting, supplier management and approvals About You Experience in property marketing – residential development, land estates, apartments, townhomes, mixed-use or similar (agency-side with developer clients also welcome) Demonstrated experience delivering end‑to‑end campaigns Strong capability in digital marketing, content creation and social platforms (advantageous) Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related field Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM and CMS platforms (preferred) Proactive, collaborative, organised – and comfortable managing multiple priorities How To Apply Please apply below or send your CV to Olivia Ashworth at If your resume isn’t up to date but you're interested, call Olivia on for a confidential discussion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
